Vista announces Kirsten Yurich as CEO Hershey, Pennsylvania – Vista announced today that Kirsten Yurich has been appointed to the new position of Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. As CEO, Yurich will oversee all operations of The Vista School®, The Vista Foundation, and Vista Adult Services. She most recently served as the organization’s Chief Clinical Officer and has been with the company for more than 15 years. Yurich will replace Vista’s founder, Michael Jarman, as the organization’s top administrator. After 19 years of service, Jarman plans to retire in the summer. Jarman has been Vista’s Chief Strategic Officer and General Counsel for nearly two years. During that time, he led a research initiative to determine the leadership structure that would best position Vista to meet the future needs of the Central Pennsylvania autism community. One of the key findings from the research was that organizations as large and complex as Vista require a CEO.
