Support Onboarding

From supporting the creation of a new job position to negotiating terms of employment and supporting the new hire through onboarding, we are there every step of the way.

Onsite Coaching

Our employment specialists train the new hire onsite as needed and also provide guidance to managers and coworkers to ensure a harmonious dynamic.

Fade Coaching, Then Follow Up

Our goal is for every Vista adult to live as independently as possible, which is why we fade out our hands-on guidance to the new hire. However, we periodically follow up with both parties to make sure the arrangement is still mutually beneficial.
